Having bad habits or wrong ways in eating does not only cause us health risks or problems; it can also distress our physical appearance or our weight. Notice an obese, a super thin person and so on. Obviously, these unlikely appearances are due to their unhealthy living through having bad habits towards food, like an obese probably eats lots of fatty foods and then they never stop eating; a super thin person probably only eat very light and not so nutritious meal ,or worse, they even do not eat at all! By avoiding these attitudes, accordingly, will somehow minimize our weight problems. And how are we going to do that?

Generally, it only involves self-assessment. But to make it more particular on what to do, here are some easy steps or guidelines in getting a healthy body we want by reducing or completely eliminating our bad habits.
First and foremost, is to know what is/are our bad habit/s. one instance is our stimulus towards food. Are we the kind of person that never runs out of appetite for food? Or vice versa? Are we the kind of person that eats in an indefinite time? Or vice versa? If we do, then maybe it’s about time to control these actions. Perhaps, following the standard three (3) meals a day is the most easiest and convenient way to control our gluttonous problem. Or if we exceed beyond the three meals a day, maybe little or light intake at a time will also help.

Subsequently, we must also ascertain the variety of foods we eat. Just like I mentioned earlier, eating fatty foods will tend to result into obesity; eating unhealthy foods will cause malnutrition, and so on. Upon knowing the types of food that we eat, we must realize to change them, and instead eat healthy and nutritional foods as a replacement. And consequently, we will reduce the deleterious and bad effects of them to our health and to our body.
Most importantly, it’s an essential obligation, specifically to those who want to solve their weight problems that we shall have self-control to how we eat and what we eat. Indeed it’s hard to adapt to changes especially if we get accustomed to our old ways, like non-stop eating and so on. But unless we welcome useful changes and we do the best we can to finally have the body we are aiming and wanting for; that is to eliminate our bad habits, it’s impossible to get lean and healthy, and possibly, our bad habits will even worsen because we cannot control them. And those steps above mentioned cannot primarily work without first learning to have control to how and what we eat.
