There are several essential guidelines and steps to Weight Loss and Natural Health that sometimes it gets ambiguous on the most important to follow. 10 Natural Health & Weight Loss Guidelines are lined up for you to make it easier to understand. There could be several guidelines worth listing, but here we are discussing only those which have been very effective in gaining the desired results without getting confused.

Weight Loss

1. ORGANIC & NATURAL FOOD are important from the Health point of view. The more one can eat, the better. Go Organic. When Organic is expensive, natural food is always an option to buy.

2. AVOID THE “WHITE DEVILS” – Stay away from all purpose flour products as much as possible which includes wheat products, bread, pasta, white rice, many crackers and cereals, pizza, potatoes and most milk products.

3. EAT YOUR VEGETABLES ! Eat fresh fruits and vegetable as much as possible. These rae the best way to get required nutrition on the earth. Definitely you need other proteins and nutrients such as from milk but in a quantity as recommended by your doctor. In fruits and vegetable is best food for your life than fruits.

4. REGULAR CLEANSING & DETOX – Detoxication is very important for your body at least one time in a year, the more the better. Great deep cleaning methods are available out there, out of which fasting in one of the way to detox your body. Please search online about how you can perform this task by fasting.

5. EAT LEAN & NATURAL PROTEINS as much as you can! Chicken, Fish, Tofu, Tempeh, Beans, Almonds, etc…these are considered as lean. Proteins which are heavy are also good, but ensure that they are 1) Organic or Natural 2) eat responsibly as they are difficult to digest.

6. AVOID PROCESSED & JUNK FOOD – Junk food is defined as which are high in sugar, dyes or coloring, hydrogenated or refined oils. They all claim that they are healthier and safe to eat, but the fact is that they are not at all healthy.

7. EXERCISE – An obvious one, isn’t it, but a top one in the list, a must for all of us. Get off your bed and walk, run, bike, swim…anything will work. What your body and brain need is lot of oxygen, sweating at least 30 minutes a day.

8. EAT SMALLER MEALS every two hours and DO NOT OVER EAT AFTER 6PM – You gain energy and like to eat healthy food when you eat small during the day, instead of bigger large meals, specifically at night. Small nun-junkie food at night is always healthy.

9. AVOID SUGAR PRODUCTS - Soda and high sugar juice products contain specially processed sugar which increase your weight and should be avoided. All these doesn’t have any nutrition and empty calorie, although they do provide energy but at a cost. Most alcohol is also in the same category.

10. DRINK WATER- Our body is full of water and hence we need lots of water to refresh our system with a pure and filtered water. Drink several glass of water during the day time.
